The organisations of the European Countryside Movement come together to support the European project and a European Rural Agenda! - Ruralité-Environnement-Développement (R.E.D.)

They expect to see the implementation of the resolution adopted by the European Parliament on the 3rd of October 2018 in E.U. policies and regulations in the next programming period.
They remind once again of the importance of the recognition of rural territories as places of development and innovation (“Smart Rural Territories”).
They reiterate their strong trust in the capacity of the European Institutions to initiate a European project closer to citizens’ expectations.
they invite all NGOs acting for rural territories to act to defend a European project that serves the interests of citizens and the diversity of rural territories.
