Rural Proposal 2030

In April 2016, R.E.D. has adopted a new strategic proposal for 2030 “Making Europe grow with its rural territories” which provides a general framework of inspiration for the European programming after 2020 and for the Rural Agenda we want to include in it. The rural territories are part of the solution because they have an energy, a “genius” to mobilize for development. It is not a question of opposing the rural territories to the urban poles but of associating them, of mobilizing them by organizing between them intelligent and not condescending cooperation.
